Sarah Marcus

Sarah Marcus is a Sports and Rehabilitation Therapist with over 20 years experience in the Sports and Fitness Industry.
Trained in the UK, Sarah has a Diploma in Fitness Training and Sports Therapy (Dip.FTST), Stott Pilates Instructor, Paul Chek Swissball Trainer & has a Certificate in Sports Management (FIFA/NMMU). She has gathered an impressive knowledge database on Sports injuries and treatment.
Sarah has worked with top Sports Teams in South Africa and the UK, trained & treated some of the worlds top elite athletes and is the Regional Manager and Master Trainer for the Health & Fitness Professionals Academy (HFPA).
As a Sports Massage Therapist her focus is always on treating the cause and the symptoms for optimal healing and recovery of soft tissue injuries.
Sarah also offers Strength and Conditioning and SFB (Stretch,Flex,Bend) classes for a full body holistic approach to overall physical and mental well-being.

Angela Maiola

Angela is a Registered Therapeutic Reflexologist and Clinical Massage Therapist . She graduated from the University of Johannesburg in 1998, and with more than 20 years experience, she has dedicated her career to the wellness and wellbeing of her patients. Treating her patients holistically is the foundation of her practice. She is qualified to assist with nutritional advice, strength training, rehab and prehab work. She has, and continues to work with professional athletes and strives to provide practical treatment protocols at all times. She is a firm believer in a multi-disciplinary approach to healing and often works with other practitioners within the greater medical fraternity to ensure the best outcome for her patients.
Further to her training, she studied in the UK to qualify as a Hydrotherm Massage Therapist broadening her scope of practice with pregnant women, which then lead her to train as a doula. “I believe it is every woman’s right to know and understand what her body is capable of. She also has the right to informed decision-making and emotional guidance and support throughout her pregnancy as well as during the birth of her child. As a doula it is an honour and a privilege to welcome new-borns to calm and confident parents”
